You may be asking the question, what is "feedback" and why is it so important?  The truth is it doesn't matter what you or I think about your home.  The only thing that matters when selling is what potential buyers think about it.  Therefore getting quality feedback after a buyer goes through your home is extremely valuable information.  Getting feedback essentially means contacting the agent that showed your home and asking him/her important questions regarding what they and their buyer thought about your home.


Feedback allows us to quickly:

3. As my client, you will receive private online access to the Home Feedback System:

  • View all feedback responses to-date

  • View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date

  • View the status of pending feedback

  • View comments posted on activity that we have done to help sell your home
